RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY

We at MUSAL deal with sustainable/organic and naturally woven fabrics like block prints, vegetable-dyed, yarn-dyed, etc, which tend to bleed when washed. Wash Care instructions will be directed to our customers at the time of purchase so, return/exchange for such issues will not be entertained.
A product once bought can be returned.
However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product in its original state (including price tag and invoice) within 14 days from the date of order receipt :

MANUFACTURING FAULT :
Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at MUSAL, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. All you need to do is send a picture of the defect on the mail – info.musalclothingindia@gmail.com with order no. and invoice.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased and send it back within 15 working days time.

INCORRECT SIZE :
We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of incorrect size and doesn’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, email us at info.musalclothingindia@gmail.com. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
The shipping cost for sending the re-required size back will be borne by the customer.

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED:
In case of receipt of the wrong product by the customer, kindly email us at musalclothingindia@gmail.com with your Name, Contact details, Order no., and a picture of the wrong product received.
The customer shall courier the wrong product back to us after our acknowledgment of the same.
The required product will be delivered to you within 15 working days; in this case, the customer will not be charged any shipping cost.

In this case, if the customer does not want to reorder (the right product), we will refund the complete amount to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days of receipt of the wrong product back to us in it’s original condition.

SENDING ITEMS BY POST OR COURIER:
If you are sending back your item(s) by post or courier for alteration/exchange etc, please email us at info.musalclothingindia@gmail.com with your name, address, order number, and reason for sending back the item.

Please ensure that your parcel is securely wrapped to avoid damage in transit.
MUSAL will be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for alteration/exchange to us by a registered and signed-for courier company. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel with you until we confirm receipt of the same.
